Riwaq is an online listings platform dedicated to professional restaurant and café equipment in Tunisia. The service allows users to publish and view listings for free.

2. Platform role

Riwaq acts solely as a connection platform. Riwaq does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers, and cannot be held responsible for the quality of goods, prices, or user behavior.

3. Listing publication

• Listings must concern professional restaurant or café equipment.
• Published information must be accurate and honest.
• Illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content is prohibited.
• Riwaq reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.
• Listings automatically expire after 30 days.

4. Personal data

The only information collected is what you provide in your listing (phone number, optional name). This information is publicly visible on your listing. Riwaq does not sell or share your data with third parties.

5. Liability

Riwaq offers no warranty on listed products. Users are responsible for verifying the quality and authenticity of goods before purchase. Riwaq recommends always inspecting equipment in person before completing a transaction.

6. Terms modification

Riwaq reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
